The MED (Merrell Eden Duo) will take place the weekend of the 29 to 31 October 2010 in George. Look at the race details to start your planning for this year’s event. Expect prize money and hand-outs for all the competitors…stuff that will blow your mind! The race is designed to let you experience the Kaaimans River first hand with 10k’s of scrambling, bike the Montagu Pass and Knysna Forest, hike the Outeniqua Mountains, and paddle the lakes around Sedgefield. To end your day, pairs will hike the beach from Sedgefield to Wilderness at Ebb & Flow followed by a short 4k paddle to the finish line!
