South Africa’s adventure racing website, www.AR.co.za, has received confirmation of their third consecutive entry to the six-day Abu Dhabi Adventure Challenge (ADAC) in December 2010. Every year places on this team have been opened to applications from the adventure racing community.

The Mountain Designs GeoQuest is Australia’s longest running adventure race and is still growing each year! The 9th edition of the event will lure competitors to the famous subtropical forests, white sand beaches, coastal lakes and estuaries of Port Macquarie from 20-23 August 2010.

Adventure racer Tatum Prins ascended Platteklip Gorge on Table Mountain an impressive nine times between sunrise and sunset this past weekend. One of 75-odd participants in the Webber Wentzel Platteklip Charity Challenge, Tatum beat the field overall to complete the greatest number of ascents.
